How It Works

What is a Group Buy [GB] / Preorder?

Unlike a simple purchase of a product in stock, a Group Buy is when a custom-made, unique product is manufactured in limited quantities for a brief period of time only for a select few who sign up for it by purchasing it. A big difference between a regular order and a Group Buy is that in a Group Buy doesn't ship out immediately since the manufacturing begins once everyone who is interested has signed up by buying a spot on it.

Orders for these products will be accepted during the disclosed time period. As soon as the preorder is closed, a bulk order is placed with the manufacturer (if MOQ is met).

Once the product(s) are produced, they are processed by us ensuring quality is inspected to meet our standards and then shipped to you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Since we work with several different artisans and suppliers to provide us with their unique products, the time it takes to ship an order vary on factors like production times, Quality Assurance, handcrafting processing time, etc. However, shipping is done usually within 30 days of an order being placed, unless stated otherwise on the products themselves.

How much do I pay for shipping?

In short, NOTHING. We provide with Worldwide Free shipping on all orders with their standard delivery time. There might be orders that have availability to receive faster with our Deluxe Worldwide Shipping, which is limited availability and noted on the products that have it.

Can I cancel my GB / Preorder?

Group Buys cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. Once the preorder is closed, a bulk order is placed with the manufacturer (if MOQ is met).

If your order is NOT a GB / Preorder item, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.

Why do you have (Specific Product) in stock? It's not available anywhere else.

Since we work with partnerships along with talented designers, creators, artists and our own in-house design team, we use our connections to secure our stock on the page.
