We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@craftingkeyboards.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep in mind that return costs are responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend our customers to use traceable shipping services when returning the items so they can keep track of the delivery. Crafting Keyboards isn't responsible for lost returns.

Here at Crafting Keyboards when your orders are placed, we start production and manufacturing. Once this process is complete, orders are shipped out. Once it's done, you receive a confirmation email. You can cancel an order anytime before the production is complete, before the confirmation email is sent. However, once the email has been created, you still can cancel the order, but there's a 5% restocking fee applied to the return.
Keep in mind that this only applies for standard orders. Group Buys cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
If you need to make corrections or changes, you can write us an email at Support@Craftingkeyboards.com to make adjustments instead of canceling.
Finally, once your order has arrived, you have up to 15 days to cancel an order and process a return of the items in their original packaging and unused. After these 15 days, no returns are accepted.
We only provide refunds if applicable after the successful return of an item and inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If after receiving notification of a refund being completed you can't see it, please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Make sure to get in touch with your institution to confirm if the transaction might be pending.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos and descriptions of the issue are mandatory.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, Group Buys [GB] or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The only valid reason for an item exchange or replacement when applicable is if the items are damaged or defective from factory or shipping causes. The fastest way to ensure you get a proper resolution is to take pictures of the affected products and send it to our support email: Support@craftingkeyboards.com
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
